Once everyone has their own view the next step is to bring them together and let them see how it is for everyone else. 'Have you got enough there?' 'How do you make sense of it all?'. We're used to taking a pile of individual Big Picture thinking and turning out one that everyone just get's. We know everyone involved is going to say 'yes that's it! .. and this is what we need to do about it'.
It stimulates thought and discussion and enables the group to explore the differing perspectives in an objective way. Use your skills and judgement to help them tease out what’s really important to the success of the team / organisation and start to bring simplicity out of complexity … you could call it “simplexity”!
