Give the team a voice

So many opportunities out amongst the team. On the downside grumbles at the coffee machine and 'they just don't understand' type ideas.

Starting with an empty page Big Picture provides the canvas and conversation to develop the emotional and well informed opinions of those in the team. There is no right and wrong answer- just a chance to get it all out there. You’ll know that when we feel our opinions are heard, it’s a contributing factor to how emotionally connected we feel to our managers and the business.

When we give everyone a voice it means we allow people to create their own representation of the business, exactly as they see it. And more importantly it helps them to see exactly where they fit into the overall picture and where they have an influence over the success of the team / organisation. Sometimes it’s just about letting people get things off their chest too, in a non-threatening and productive way!
