Engaging Voices

We've all had a good moan around the coffee machine- 'if only they did this ..'

Whilst we would like to believe great ideas and opportunities are out there in the team when it comes down to it most business development work the start and end remains  within the management teams. What a shame!

The cost of mining for information out on the front-line and turning into a workable strategy is often too great to take any further. All those positive ideas are left looking for a home. Without something smart to link together the outer reaches of the organisation it's always easy to jump to something with fewer dimensions. It's safer and we can define and execute it in a manageable way.

Finding a language, a pattern, a way of capturing the information is the key. With an open channel the conversation flows and with the simplicity of the approach you can take the individual views of the team and consolidate into a single view everyone can relate to. With a sense of relief the voices are heard and the dialogue flows.

The outcome is a business everyone feels a part of for lasting and measured success.
